Tusk Renewable Energy was established in 2021, building on over a decade of hands-on experience in the electrical and automation field. The company initially focused on the design and installation of renewable energy systems, but as demand and capability grew, so did its technical scope — expanding into automation systems, backup power solutions, gas installations, and sheet-metal fabrication.

Today, Tusk delivers complete solutions from concept and system design through to manufacturing, assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning. We manufacture distribution boards, wall-mounted and floor-standing panels, stainless-steel enclosures, control desks, and other standard and custom electrical products — including low-voltage busbar systems and fully wired control panels.

Alongside manufacturing and automation, renewable energy remains a core part of Tusk’s identity. We continue to design and install solar, backup, and hybrid energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients — engineered for real-world South African conditions, long-term reliability, and safe operation.
